This project is a large mixed use redevelopment of a site formerly occupied by the DVLA to accommodate approximately 800 residential units and ancillary commercial development. Planning consent was achieved following extensive discussions and negotiations with the London Borough of Harrow, Transport for London and local residents following a public inquiry held in 2007.
